Job Description
Advanced Secure Technologies is expanding its support team in Cardiff and is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for both 1st Line Support and General Support. The role involves resolving technical queries, operating in-house software, and contributing to product testing and continuous improvement. Full training is provided and there are long-term development opportunities.
Requirements
- Interest or experience in IT support, application support, or operational roles
- Comfortable with data handling and Microsoft 365 tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving approach
- Technical or IT-related qualifications (e.g. BTEC, HND, A-Level IT, Degree, CompTIA) are beneficial
