Job Description
Advanced Systems Group (ASG) is seeking a full-time Post Production Support Technician to troubleshoot technical issues, onboard/offboard employees, and manage the IT infrastructure for creative teams. This role requires strong technical skills in macOS and creative software, alongside excellent communication and time-management skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Hands-on technical experience with MacOS-based computers and Ethernet/Fibre data networks
- Experience managing technical support tickets using an IT ticketing system
- Strong troubleshooting skills for MacOS, creative software, and post-production workflows
- Experience setting up and configuring artist workstations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time and prioritization skills
