Job Description
Join OneAdvanced as Head of Sales Operations and lead the strategy, governance, and execution of all Sales Operations and Sales Support across the organisation. Partner closely with senior leaders to enable scalable processes, operational excellence, and high-performing teams that directly support revenue growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting or leading best practice within Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce.com and a strong understanding of CRM-driven processes
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in coaching, developing, and scaling high-performing teams
