Lead Privacy Compliance Engineer

The Lead Privacy Compliance Engineer will play a critical role in improving and maintaining the company's Privacy by Design and by Default programme, working closely with Legal & Compliance and R&D teams.

Requirements

• Improve and maintain our Privacy by Design and by Default programme
• Conducting regular privacy impact assessments (PIAs) of operational processes
• Work cross functionally with data protection, legal, cyber security, product and engineering (R&D) teams
• Guide and drive the development of new privacy products, features and tools
• Maintain detailed documentation and data lifecycle management
• Keep up to date with global privacy regulations
• Use and implement data anonymisation, pseudonymisation and encryption protocols/techniques
• Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to key stakeholders
• Optimise key privacy controls
• Creating KPIs to measure privacy by design programme effectiveness
• Developing technical privacy training for product and engineering teams
