Part Time Engagement Trainer

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Engagement Trainer to effectively train Event Specialists in sales and customer engagement. The role involves onboarding new employees, conducting in-store training, and developing positive relationships with store personnel. Ideal candidates are friendly, outgoing, and motivated to create excitement in the sales process and generate excitement for event execution.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years’ experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail/grocery, or coaching for improvement
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Comfortable coaching for improvement from a positive point of view
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• Ability to work effectively with management
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage
• Compliance with food safety requirements and regulations
