Part Time Engagement Trainer

This part-time Engagement Trainer position within Advantage Solutions, a leading sales and marketing agency, requires a friendly and outgoing individual to train event specialists in their store, leading to increased sales and engagement with customers. The role involves onboarding new employees, assisting with performance audits, and managing the event process for customer interaction. Training, coaching, and relationship building are key aspects of the position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years’ experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail/grocery, or coaching for improvement
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Comfortable coaching for improvement from a positive point of view
• Self -starter and ability to work independently to achieve goals
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work effectively with management
• Compliance with food safety regulations
