Job Description
Advantages Solutions is seeking an engaging Engagement Trainer to train Event Specialists in order to increase sales and provide excellent customer service. The role involves in-store product demonstrations, onboarding new employees, and building positive relationships with store personnel. The company is one of North America’s leading sales and marketing agencies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail/grocery, or coaching for improvement
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage
