Field Nurse Practitioner - Ada County, Idaho

Advantmed is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join their growing provider network in Ada County, Idaho. The role involves conducting in-home wellness risk adjustment assessments for Medicare members, focusing on risk-adjusted coding, and providing individualized care to elderly patients. This is a 1099 (PRN) position offering flexibility and opportunity to balance competing priorities.

Requirements

• Valid unencumbered NP License in the state of employment
• Commitment to at least 30 hours per month
• Prior in-home risk assessment experience preferred
• Prior 1099 (PRN) experience preferred
• Access to reliable transportation and EMR access
• Strong ability to work independently
• Bilingual fluency is a plus
