Field Nurse Practitioner - Canyon County, Idaho

Advantmed is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-home wellness risk adjustment assessments for Medicare members and other at-risk populations. The role involves a thorough evaluation of member health and well-being, accurate risk adjustment coding, and providing individualized quality care. This is a 1099 position offering flexibility and a commitment of at least 30 hours per month.

Requirements

• Valid unencumbered NP License for the state you will be working in
• Travel up to a maximum 55-mile radius (assigned in job posting)
• Weekday or standard working hour schedules preferred
• Preferred patient care experience (primary care/adult/geriatric)
