Job Description
Advantmed is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-home wellness risk adjustment assessments for Medicare members and other at-risk populations in Cumberland County, North Carolina. This role focuses on providing individualized quality care and accurate risk adjustment coding to improve value-based care in the elderly population. The position is 1099 (PRN) and offers flexibility and growth opportunity.
Requirements
- Valid unencumbered NP License for the state.
- Ability to travel up to 55 miles within the assigned job posting area.
- Preference for weekday or standard working hours.
- Experience in in-home risk assessment preferred.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Strong ability to work within an EMR system.
