Requirements

• NP License for the state of work
• 3 years patient care experience (primary care/adult/geriatric, EMR)
• Travel up to 55 miles radius from assigned job posting county
• Strong ability to work independently
• Must have a valid unencumbered NP License
• Bilingual is a plus
