Job Description
Advantmed is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-home wellness risk adjustment assessments for Medicare members. The role focuses on assessing member health and well-being to ensure accurate and comprehensive risk adjustment coding, promoting value-based care. The position offers flexibility and is 1099-based, with a primary objective of providing individualized quality care to elderly patients in their homes.
Requirements
- Valid unencumbered NP License
- Travel up to 55 miles radius
- Working Hours: 30 hours/month
- Preference for weekday/standard schedules
