Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Five to Seven years of progressive HR experience, ideally within the healthcare sector
- Experience in successful coaching, advising, and consulting with leaders
- Valid Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification (preferred)
