The role focuses on employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and compliance, partnering with managers to achieve organizational objectives. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Five to Seven years of progressive HR experience
- Effective coaching, advising, and consulting skills
- Licenses/Certifications (SHRM-CP or PHR preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
