Job Description
Adventist Health Sierra Vista is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to serve as technical consultant and direct supervisor of laboratory personnel, manage laboratory testing, and maintain quality control. The role involves evaluating test results, establishing test performance characteristics, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The position requires maintaining safety and adherence to OSHA standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in medical technology or related degree
- Must meet CLIA requirements for Technical Supervisor
- Must meet CLIA requirements for Technical Supervisor
- Valid Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license in state of employment
- Valid CLIA license for Test Supervisors
- Licenses/Certifications
