Job Description
Adventist Health Roseville and Sonoma campuses are seeking a Manager of HIM to provide leadership for the team responsible for compliance and data management. The role involves monitoring key indicators, developing policies, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality data and accurate coding for payments. The manager will also lead data creation and research in healthcare. The location is in the metropolitan area of Sacramento, California.
Requirements
- Education and work experience in healthcare operations
- One year of leadership experience
- Current permanent U.S. work authorization
- Registered Health Information Technician or Registered Health Information Administrator (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
