Job Description
Adventist Health and Rideout is seeking a Manager of Community Integration to lead efforts to advance an integrated community health strategy. The role involves coordinating community health activities, developing programs, and collaborating with local and regional leaders. This position contributes to improving community health by aligning resources and supporting vulnerable populations.
Requirements
- Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in business, public health, or related combination or education/related experience.
- Two years' leadership experience.
- Implements a comprehensive community health strategy and program.
- Participates in 501r regulatory requirements.
- Supports and facilitates collaboration with population health initiatives.
