Job Description
Adventist Health is seeking a Full Time Mental Health Technician to provide direct and indirect care to patients, under the direction of the registered nurse. The role focuses on behavioral care, age-related interventions, and utilizing therapeutic programs. The hospital offers a supportive environment with ample outdoor recreation and a focus on community engagement.
Requirements
- High School Education/GED or equivalent
- Two years' experience in a behavioral healthcare setting
- Certification in Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification preferred
- Management of Assaultive Behavior certification preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
