Job Description
Adventist Health Ukiah Valley is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions. The role involves co-leading interdisciplinary patient groups, creating individualized treatment plans, and ensuring appropriate communication with relevant parties. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- Doctorate Degree (Preferred)
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Physical Therapy licensure
- CPR or BLS certification (required)
- PT License Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Complete patient evaluations
- Clinical documentation
- Supervises assigned assistants
