Job Description
Adventist Health Ukiah Valley is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their growing team. The role involves planning and conducting treatment programs, serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary approach, and ensuring individualized care. This position is for Day Shift
Requirements
- Education and Work Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, Master’s Degree preferred, Doctorate preferred
- Licenses/Certifications: Physical Therapy licensure required, CPR/BLS certification required
- Essential Functions: Completing patient evaluations, using clinical techniques, establishing treatment plans, and completing documentation.
