Requirements

• Master’s Degree in social work
• One year experience in an acute or long term medical setting
• Two years' experience in an acute or long term medical setting (preferred)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in state of practice
• Must provide all required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter
• Must receive medical and religious exemptions as applicable
