Social Worker (LCSW), Part Time, Days, SEIU Union (8-Hour Shift)

Adventist Health is seeking a Part-Time LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) to provide psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, and treatment to patients and families in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Requirements

• Master’s Degree in social work
• One year experience in an acute or long term medical setting
• Two years' experience in an acute or long term medical setting (preferred)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in state of practice
• Collaborates and facilitates patient discharge plans
• Assists patients/families in determining appropriate Hospice care
• Develops and documents patient/family/caregiver plans of care
