Job Description
Adventist Health Sierra Vista is seeking a Part-Time Social Worker (SEIU) to provide care to patients and families in their 162-bed acute care facility. The position involves counseling, support, assistance with transition plans, and directing patients towards post-discharge care and resources. Requirements
- Master’s Degree in social work
- One year experience in acute or long-term medical settings
- Two years' experience in acute or long-term medical settings (preferred)
