Job Description
Adventist Health is seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to provide home health and hospice services. The position involves assessing, documenting, and modifying speech therapy plans for patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders. This role involves providing both in-home care and educating patients on new skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Master’s preferred)
- Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
- CPR/BLS/HS-BLS/RQIBLS certification
- Valid Driver's License (DL) and age of 21+
- Ability to pass ASHA CCC
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
