Job Description
Adventist Health is seeking a Home Health Speech Pathologist to provide speech therapy services to patients with speech, language or swallowing disorders in a variety of settings across California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington. The role involves assessing, documenting, and modifying treatment plans, and maintaining accurate records. This position offers a blend of independent work and clinical involvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Master's Degree preferred)
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Valid Driver’s License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Healthstream Basic Life Support (HS-BLS) or RQIBLS or Heartsaver CPR (CPR)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
