Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to join our US team. The role involves advising customers, leading onboarding, managing a portfolio of enterprise customers, and ensuring platform success. The position is a hybrid work arrangement based in New York.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS Implementation, Professional Services, or Customer Success
- Experience working in or with a media agency
- Strong understanding of the media and advertising industry
- Familiarity with APIs, SQL, or similar technical tools
- Experience handling customer escalations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage projects independently and present to stakeholders.
