Per Diem/Part Time Hospice MSW Social Worker

AdvisaCare Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Part-time compassionate MSW Social Worker to join their team in St. Clair County. The ideal candidate is passionate about enhancing the lives of patients with life-limiting illnesses and making a difference in their journey.

Requirements

• MSW degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
• One year of experience in Home Health Care preferred
• Hospice experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License, car insurance and reliable transportation
