Per Diem/Part Time or Full Time Hospice MSW Social Worker

AdvisaCare Home Health and Hospice is looking for a Full time compassionate MSW/Volunteer Coordinator to join our team in the Genesee and Lapeer Counties with our Troy location being your Parent Agency. We are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our patients and the families we serve.

Requirements

• MSW degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
• One year of experience in Home Health Care preferred
• Hospice experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License, car insurance and reliable transportation
