Job Description
Advocates is seeking a Program Manager for their Developmental Services program. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing program administration, providing leadership, supervising staff, and promoting community inclusion and self-advocacy. This role involves managing budgets, conducting staff evaluations, and collaborating with external agencies.
Requirements
- Offer assistance and supervision to staff and clients
- Manage administrative processes and requirements
- Develop and monitor staff scheduling
- Conduct staff meetings and evaluations
- Supervise and evaluate assigned staff
- Assist individuals with entitlements
- Maintain communication and relationships with agencies
- Complete investigations and reviews
- Develop and monitor staff training
- Travel between programs, offices, and meetings
- Perform physical intervention in crisis
