Job Description
Adyen is seeking a Manager for the Partner Solutions Engineering team in North America to drive the success of its largest and fastest-growing partnerships. The role involves leading a team of Partner Solutions Engineers, ensuring they implement innovative solutions, and influencing product development to scale the platform. The ideal candidate has technical leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Requirements
- 8+ years of direct line management experience of hybrid technical and customer-facing teams.
- Strong understanding of web development and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Working experience with APIs and a good understanding of programming languages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term technical relationships with partners at VP+ level.
