Job Description
Adyen is seeking a Manager for the Partner Solutions Engineering team in North America to lead and mentor a team of Partner Solutions Engineers. This role focuses on ensuring the success of Adyen's large partnerships by fostering strong technical relationships with partners, driving product development, and driving strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to influence both internal product development and partner implementations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of direct line management experience of hybrid technical and customer-facing teams.
- Strong understanding of web development and the SDLC.
- Working experience with APIs and programming languages.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and problem-solve.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong technical relationships.
