AECOM is seeking an experienced Design Project Manager to lead and execute interdisciplinary building design projects with a focus on Civic & Municipal projects. The role will provide high growth opportunity in steering business and client opportunity and serving as a role and advisor to the overall project team.
Requirements
- Acting as a primary point of contact with the client throughout the project lifecycle
- Working with interdisciplinary technical leads in the coordinated successful execution of projects in design and construction
- Working with local and regional business development staff and business line leadership to identify and pursue clients and projects
- Reviewing contracts, preparing fee proposals and project execution strategies
- Managing and leading all technical, financial, and client satisfaction areas using established processes and tools
- Managing sub-consultant scope, fees, deliverables, and performance
- Leading the team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
- Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs to minimize risk
- Performing risk management to minimize project risks
- Maintaining project documentation control
