Job Description
As a Resident Building Services Inspector, you will work under the direct supervision of the Building Services Engineer (BSE) to distribute duties and ensure compliance with HKHS's requirements and quality standards. You will report to and advise the BSE and Project Superintendents/Coordinators on building services related issues. You will ensure that Contractors' building services installations and building services related works are in compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 8 years' relevant experience, including 4 years' working experience as Assistant Building Services Inspector
- Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE)
