Job Description
The appointee is required to assist in supervising the Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) projects and carry out duties of a Building Services Inspector.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 8 years of relevant experiences including 4 years working experience in the capacity of Building Services Inspector or equivalent
- Language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in HK Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)/ HK Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent
- Valid safety training: Occupational Safety and Health Management Course, Basic Accident Prevention Course, Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card), Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces
