Job Description
Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI) is seeking a Senior Commissioning Agent to empower their clients through energy-efficient building solutions. This role involves resolving commissioning challenges, developing commissioning processes, and providing guidance on construction projects. Requirements
- Technical or Associate Degree in HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or architectural design, or construction engineering
- Functional knowledge of building systems (fire protection, HVAC, plumbing/piping, electrical, technology, instrumentation and controls, process and lighting systems)
- Extensive knowledge of commissioning processes and delivery.
- Valid driver’s license and state-required vehicle insurance
- Basic understanding of building resources and project types
