Job Description
Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI) is seeking a Senior Commissioning Agent to join their Houston office. This role involves resolving commissioning challenges, developing commissioning process delivery plans, and assisting clients with energy-efficient building solutions. Requirements
- Technical or Associate Degree in HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or architectural design, or construction engineering
- Functional knowledge of building systems (fire protection, HVAC, plumbing/piping, electrical, technology, instrumentation and controls, process and lighting systems)
- Extensive knowledge of commissioning processes
- Fundamental knowledge of construction processes and project delivery models
- Understanding of applicable codes and standards
- Valid driver’s license and state required vehicle insurance
- Effective communication skills
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
