Job Description
The Student Assistant Recruiting role supports the creation of candidate profiles, job advertisements, and search strategies. Responsibilities include managing job postings, proactive candidate outreach on LinkedIn, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and assisting with employer branding. It's an excellent opportunity to gain experience in HR/Recruiting within a financial investor's team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in psychology, human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
- First experience in HR/Recruiting through internships or student assistant positions is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Independent, structured working style with a high level of detail accuracy and quality awareness.
- Confident handling of MS-Office tools.
