Job Description
Stein Promotions is seeking a Student Assistant (m/f/d) to join their Recruiting department. In this role, you'll advise teams on recruitment, coordinate vacancies, formulate job ads, ensure a positive candidate experience, and proactively identify and engage potential applicants. Requirements
- Currently studying in Personnel Management, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Communication, or a comparable degree program.
- Initial practical experience in recruiting (internship, student assistant, projects).
- Passion for recruiting topics and willingness to explore creative approaches.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Experience with recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Personio) or social media is a plus.
