- Technical development of working methods and increase of automation grade.
- Participation in projects.
- Professional documentation of processes and working methods with the goal of providing a clear knowledge database in Wiki.
- Creation of management reports, analyses, and presentations.
- Closing cooperation with the management team of the company.
- Reports to the Senior Manager Operations.
Your Profile: - Completed education as a travel trade woman/man or tourism woman/man.
- Several years of professional experience in the tourism industry or airline industry.
- Outstanding process understanding of end-to-end processes in the flight area.
- Very good knowledge of AER products, routines, and tools.
- Independent, structured, and self-responsible work.
- Change management and leadership experience is an advantage.
- Experience in working in projects.
- Courage to continuously develop/improve the own work area and the team, view of processes to make them simpler and more efficient.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Visio knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate and document complex issues in a clear and general way in and out of the company.
