Job Description
We are seeking a General Manager for our SADC Region to lead the scaling of our AgTech solutions and drive revenue growth and regional profitability. You will be responsible for designing and executing a profitable customer strategy, managing the regional budget, and building deep relationships with key customer accounts.
Requirements
- At least 5 years sales experience in the fresh fruit or farming sectors (ideally Citrus) or a strong background in Ag-Tech/Ag-Sales
- P&L Ownership: Proven ability to build and scale a business segment, with a clear focus on revenue generation, cost management, and profitability.
- Scaling Mindset: A passion for rapid growth and a strategic view on how to transition a successful local strategy into a viable continental expansion plan.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of forging lasting partnerships with farmers, distributors, and internal teams.
