Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in food production is helpful
- Effective communication skills
- Basic English proficiency (required for reading, writing, understanding, and speaking)
- Ability to work in a cold environment (34 degrees F) for extended periods
- Weekend availability is a must
- Ability to respect and maintain confidential information
- Capability to work within a team environment
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to operate an electric forklift/pallet jack after training
- Strong time management skills to meet shipping deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Basic math skills
- Ability to use scales and computers
