Sales Internship

Aerotek is offering a 10-week paid Sales Internship through their Internships Program. This role involves learning about recruitment, account management, and field support, with a focus on sales. Successful completion could lead to a full-time Sales Development Representative position. They emphasize inclusivity and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Post available positions on the Internet via our candidate tracking system (Connected)
• Evaluate resumes received and select candidates for interviews
• Schedule candidates for interviews with Recruiters
• Maintain all documentation using Aerotek' s Applicant Tracking System
• Attend Contractor lunches with Recruiters
• Shadow Account Managers on cold calls
• Shadow Account Managers through the client acquisition process
• Shadow Field Support during background investigations and drug test processes
• Shadow Field Support during the unemployment process including claims and hearings
