Sales Internship

This is a 10-week paid Sales Internship at Aerotek, within a local operation. The intern will learn the sales functions of recruiting, account management, and field support. Successful completion could lead to a full-time Sales Development Representative position. Aerotek is a talent solutions company with over 200 offices across the US.

Requirements

• Post available positions on the Internet via our candidate tracking system (Connected)
• Evaluate resumes received and select only those qualified to enter in the interview process
• Schedule candidates for interviews with Recruiters
• Shadow Recruiters as they conduct calls, interviews and reference checks
• Maintain all documentation using Aerotek’ s Applicant Tracking System
• Attend Contractor lunches with Recruiters
• Shadow Account Managers on cold calls
• Attend client visits with Account Managers
• Shadow Account Managers through the client acquisition process
• Shadow Field Support during background investigations and drug test processes
• Shadow Field Support during the unemployment process including claims and hearings
