Job Description
Affidea Greece is looking for an experienced Center Manager to be part of our growing team in Thessaloniki. As a Center Manager, you will be responsible for the overall development, performance and maintenance of the center's activities to obtain the maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration & management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
- Good understanding of business process and management, requirements and dynamics
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Proven ability to drive effectively a center and team
- Ability to coach and develop others
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in flexible hours
