Job Description
Affidea Greece is looking for experienced Center Managers to join our growing team in Affidea Lavrio. The role involves managing the center to ensure high quality business activities, meeting targets, and contributing to the training and development of the team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration & management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
- Good understanding of business process and management, requirements and dynamics
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Proven ability to drive effectively a center and team
- Ability to coach and develop others
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in flexible hours
