Engineering Manager, Full Stack

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Affinidi. The successful candidate will lead the engineering team to develop features and improvements to the Affinidi Elements product in a secure, well-tested, and performant way.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in leading engineering teams
• Strong leadership skills in setting vision, fostering autonomy, mentoring, and driving collaboration
• Strong experience in cloud-native environments, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Experience in building developer tools such as CLIs, SDKs, and developer portals
• Extensive experience with Javascript, Typescript, Node.JS and React
