Engineering Manager, Full Stack

Affinidi is a technology company dedicated to changing data ownership for good. We are seeking a self-motivated, solution-oriented, and experienced Engineering Manager to join our Affinidi Elements team. The role involves leading the engineering team to develop features and improvements to the Affinidi Elements product in a secure, well-tested, and performant way.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in leading engineering teams to deliver production-quality products
• Strong leadership skills in setting vision, fostering autonomy, mentoring, and driving collaboration
• Hands-on technical leadership with strong coding skills and a pragmatic approach
• Experience in cloud-native environments, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with design patterns and architectural documentation
• Experience in building developer tools and ensuring seamless developer workflows
