They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineering Manager to lead a full stack engineering team, building the Affinidi Elements platform. The role blends technical leadership with people management, focused on quality, scale, and innovation while championing privacy and security.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading engineering organizations.
- Strong leadership skills: coaching, mentoring, developing leaders, and fostering high-performing teams.
- Deep backend expertise in Rust.
- Experience with React/Next.js and/or Flutter.
- Experience designing, deploying, and scaling microservices in cloud environments.
- Advocacy for privacy, security, cryptography.
- Technical leadership and people leadership skills.
