The HRIS Manager is responsible for the vision, implementation, and continuous improvement of Affinity Group HRIS platform, driving digital transformation across HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, information systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HRIS experience, including system implementation and payroll management
- Experience with SAP, Workday, or Oracle HR systems strongly preferred
- Demonstrated project management experience
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is strongly preferred
