Job Description
The Affinity Group is seeking an On-site Specialist/Culinarian (Food Broker) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of foodservice experience and a strong culinary background with hands-on experience in food preparation, menu development, or kitchen operations. The role will involve developing and executing a customized business selling strategy for assigned accounts, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and prospecting for new business within a defined territory.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year foodservice experience required
- On-Site Foodservice (Non-Commercial) account experience
- Culinarian Expertise Preferred: Strong culinary background with hands-on experience in food preparation, menu development, or kitchen operations
- Sales/Business Development: Experience calling on key accounts, market prospecting, and sales pipeline management
- Discipline: Ability to develop, execute, and follow a sales plan
- Influence Without Authority: Communicator that can influence changes in others
- Relationships: Positive professional with a proactive attitude that connects
- Teamwork: Ability to partner with diverse teams and the teachability to learn from others
